ncompetent, rude, liars. Especially the service manager Rob Mcnevin , he refused to admit that a headlight switch failing and causing my headlights to stay on all weekend would drain my battery, tried to tell me that the battery was causing the headlights to stay on, among other lies I caught them in undeniably. When I called them out on their lies they told me to take the vehicle and they refuse to work on my car. Took it to Mastria KIA in Raynham and they are replacing the switch for me under warranty. Do not go to Quitk dealers

Awful experience with service department . 67k truck brand new was bought from Marshfield. Paint started to bubble, shocks squeaking and something else grinding on the bottom. Originally brought it in 4 months prior to this post for warranty pictures etc. A month later I called to follow up and was informed it was a waiting game with dodge. 2 months later I called for another follow up to find out no warranty information was submitted. At first when I went to look at available cars to upgrade my current vehicle, I did not feel pressured by the sales staff as some dealerships will swarm you and force you to a decision.
I left Quirk Dodge after purchasing a new Dodge Ram 3500 Pick Up , I felt like the salesman did a wonderful job listening to my need's, meeting my goal's and getting me a really great price/deal on my new truck. I couldn't have felt happier driving my new truck home, feeling like I had got everything that I had expected and then some. Thank You Quirk Dodge.
We had been to two other dealerships and they tried to sell us cars we didn't want... At Quirk they listened and even though we went back and forth on the numbers a few times I feel like we got a great deal. When it comes time for our daughter to get her car we will definitely go back to Quirk. Don't waste your time with other dealerships you will only be disappointed go to Quirk. If you want an experience like we had go to Quirk!
